Teachers and Staff
All of our Teachers hold a minimum of a high school degree, and are certified in early childhood education. All have years of experience with working with children. Our Teacher's Assistants also must possess a high school degree, and have obtained some college training in education. We are very proud that most of our teachers have been with us for 5 years or more. With little turn over, we are able to maintain consistency, a strong sense of history with the families, and a great sense of teamwork and friendship among our staff.
Our Director, Donna Gamans, also holds a college degree in Early Childhood Education, and taught at Lambs starting in 1987, before taking on the role of Director in 1997. In all, she has been part of The Lamb's Workshop for 22 years - her own children having attended Lambs. Her commitment to the school is evident as she makes it her mission to get to know every child and family. Her warm and loving spirit, are a blessing to this school and to the families whose lives she touches!
It is our goal at Lambs to start young children off on a solid footing by fostering a love of learning, as well as a love for one another and God. It is our hope that the foundation laid at our school spurs them on in love and confidence, and that they leave knowing that they were created for a purpose by a loving Creator!
