Registration and Tuition
Registration
I. New Students for the coming school year should register by May 1st. This allows us to better determine the class size and needs for the coming year, as well as aids us in accommodating for special considerations and/or needs. (In order to process your registration, we charge a $75, non-refundable, fee). We must also receive a current Health Form indicating the student has had their annual Physical Exam before September 1st. (These Forms are good for 12 months, so if your child is a fall baby and their physical is after the start of school, we ask that you submit the most recent Health Form and then update us with the new form once the new physical has taken place). The Lamb's Workshop does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, or religion in its admittance policies or practices.
II. In-house registration for current Lambs Students occurs in January for the following year. It is important to note that the registration forms will not be processed without the accompanying $75 registration fee. By September 1st, we must also have your child's updated Health Form indicating that their annual Physical Examination is completed. (These Forms are good for 12 months, so if your child is a fall baby and their physical is after the start of school, we ask that you submit the most recent Health Form and then update us with the new form once the new physical has taken place).
III. While parents are permitted to request a certain teacher at the time of application, and while we do our best to honor these requests, we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate for these. Know that our Director is sensitive to each child's needs and each teacher's gifts and strives to place each child in the environment that suits them best. In the end the best tool is prayer, God knows where each child needs to be, and we pray over these decisions and then act accordingly.

Tuition Fees for the 2009-2010 School Year:
K - $280 per month ($2,520 per year)
KE Lambs - $140 per month ($1,260 per year)
KE Public - $195 per month ($1,755 per year)
4's - $205 per month ($1,845 per year)
3's - $175 per month ($1,575 per year)
Tuition is figured as an annual fee. It may be paid in full at registration, or in nine equal monthly installments due on the first of each month, beginning with a double payment in September and ending with April. Because tuition is an annual fee, no refunds are given for illness, vacations or snow days - wether or not those days are made up.
Late Payments - tuition is due on the first day of each month unless prior arrangements are made with the director. Accounts where payments are made after the 10th day of the month will be assessed a $10 late fee. After the 20th of the month an additional $10 fee will be charged. Children whose accounts are unpaid after 30 days will not be permitted to attend the school until full payment, including late fees, is made. Please notify the Director in cases of unexpected financial hardship and an individual payment plan may be established. For further details please read below.
Financial Aid Policy
The Lamb's Workshop endeavors to keep it's tuition rates as low as possible to enable as many children to come and benefit from our God-centered program. We do realize, however, that there are extenuating circumstances that can cause financial hardship for families. Because of this, we do offer a Financial Aid option for those in difficult situations.
In order to begin this process, a parent must acquire our Financial Aid application from our Director and fill out, and return this form to the office. (You may also register online here). All Financial Aid applications are strongly requested to be returned no later than May 1st. Based upon the number of applicants, the Board proceeds to "award" the budgeted moneys on a need and first-come-first-serve basis. Once the Financial Aid moneys are delegated, we cannot guarantee that further financial assistance will be available.
The Board has realized in recent years that there is a growing need for assistance, and have therefore instituted bi-annual fundraisers, of which 100% of the profit goes towards our Financial Aid funds. We do this in the hopes of increasing the aid we can give to struggling families, and to bless them.
While we are blessed to be able to offer this kind of assistance, we also maintain an expectancy that every family will do their utmost to meet their financial obligations when they enroll their child(ren) at our school. Because we are a non-profit organization, we strive to be fiscally conservative in our budgeting process, and depend upon our families to meet their financial commitments to the school.
We thank God for every child that He choses to send us, and we a thank Him for His provisions for the school from our establishment to the present day.
If you have further questions or concerns regarding tuition and Financial Aid, please feel free to call our Director, Donna Gamans, at 472-2113. Donna has a soft heart for families, and we know she will be able to answer your concerns with love and compassion, while guiding in the process of Financial Aid application and/or other financial issues.
