REGISTRATION
  1.  New students for the coming year should register by May 1st. This allows us to better determine the class size and needs for the coming year as well as aids us in accommodating for special considerations and/or needs. In order to process your registration, we require a completed Lamb's Registration Form accompanies by a non-refundable registration fee of $100. We must also receive a current Health Form and Immunization Record indicating the student has had their annual physical exam within the calendar year and is up to date with immunizations by the first day of school. (These forms are good for 12 months, so if your child is a fall baby and their physical exam is after the start of school, we ask that you submit the most recent health form and then give us an updated copy once the new physical exam has taken place). The Lamb's Workshop does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race or religion in its admittance policies or practices.
  2. In-house registration for current Lamb's students occurs in January for the following year. It is important to note that the registration forms will not be processed without the accompanying non-refundable $100 registration fee. By September 1st, we must also have your child's updated health form indicating that their annual physical examination is completed and immunizations are up to date.  (These forms are good for 12 months, so if your child is a fall baby and their physical exam is after the start of school, we ask that you submit the most recent health form and then give us an updated copy once the new physical exam has taken place).
  3. Parents are permitted to request a certain teacher or classroom at the time of application, and while we do our best to honor these requests, we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate every request. Know that our director is sensitive to each child's needs and each teacher's gifts and strives to place each child in the environment that suits them best. In the end, the best tool is prayer; God knows where each child needs to be, and we pray over these decisions and then act accordingly.

FINANCIAL AID & POLICIES
The Lamb's Workshop endeavors to keeps its tuition rates as low as possible to enable as many children to come and benefit from our God-centered program. We do realize, however, that there are extenuating circumstances that can cause financial hardship for families. Because of this and through our Deb Schiebout Memorial Scholarship Fund, we do offer a financial aid option for those in difficult situations.

In order to begin this process, please speak to our Director, Melissa Gannon, so we are aware of your intention to seek financial aid.  Our financial aid processing company, FAST, requires a processing fee that you will pay  directory to them before submitting the application.  You may register online here. All financial aid applications must be returned no later than June 1st for each new school year.  When applying for financial aid, your application with FAST is only acceptable for that current school year.  Another words, financial aid is based on the school's fiscal calendar and, if you wish to seek aid in subsequent years, you must apply annually.  Based upon the number of applicants and FAST recommendations, the Lamb's Board proceeds to award the budgeted moneys on a need and first-come basis. The Lamb’s Workshop does reserve the right to decide final classroom placement of children receiving scholarships; this is communicated to parents prior to school beginning. Once the financial aid moneys are delegated, we cannot guarantee that further financial assistance will be available.  Also, financial aid does NOT apply to any of the enrichment (kindergarten or afternoon) classes; if you would like your child to attend these classes, full tuition will be expected.

The School Board recognizes some families need assistance and will have fundraisers of which 100% of the profit goes to the Deb Schiebout Memorial Scholarship Fund.  We do this in the hope of increasing the aid we can give to struggling families. While we are blessed to be able to offer this kind of assistance, we also maintain an expectancy that every family will do their utmost to meet their financial obligations when they enroll their child(ren) at our school. Because we are a non-profit organization, we strive to be fiscally conservative in our budgeting process and depend upon our families to meet their financial commitments to the school.

We thank God for every child that He chooses to send us, and we thank Him for His provisions for the school from our establishment to the present day.

If you have further questions or concerns regarding tuition and financial aid, please feel free to call our Director, Melissa Gannon, at 472-2113 or email at  directorlambsworkshop@gmail.com. Melissa has a soft heart for families, and we know she will be able to answer your concerns with love and compassion while guiding in the process of financial application and/or other financial issues.
