Curriculum
Art
Our favorite phrase is “the process is more important than the product”. We provide ample opportunities to explore self-expression and an appreciation for art, music, drama and dance.
Science
We believe that by observing our world, we provide a basic introduction to nature and the wonder of God’s creation. We appreciate children’s natural curiosity and we want to help them find the answer to their favorite question – “Why?”
Social Emotional Skills
Our loving school environment encourages students to develop a positive self-image. We are intentional about teaching peer problem solving skills, as well as lessons from a faith-based curriculum called Friendzy.
Physical Development
Gross and fine motor development plays a vital role in early childhood. We design our day with activities that help children strengthen their bodies from head to toe.
Math
We understand that children learn abstract concepts like math best through hands-on experiences. That’s why we use math manipulatives and weave number-sense activities into our daily routine.
Language and Early Literacy
Lamb’s Workshop is a literacy rich program. We build foundational literacy skills, such as phonological and phonemic awareness. For letter formation we use the Learning Without Tears curriculum.
Spiritual
It is our prayer that every child feels the love of God reflected in the compassion and dedication of our staff. We naturally incorporate Christian values and age-appropriate lessons into their day
